Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US military service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to make decisions and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about serving others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and staff management
  • Plan and manage people processes such as recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Oversee staffing and performance management
  • Train, coach, and motivate crew and managers
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed excellence standards
