Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and staff management
- Plan and manage people processes such as recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Oversee staffing and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate crew and managers
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed excellence standards
