Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Capability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
- Passion for championing change and team development
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of guest experience
- Manage local restaurant marketing and community fundraising activities
- Lead and develop the restaurant management team through training and engagement initiatives
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements to maintain financial performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Drive employee performance and champion positive change within the team
- Foster community involvement and charitable activities
