This opportunity is for the position of General Manager, a pivotal role that involves overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant. The General Manager acts as the cornerstone for creating legendary experiences for guests and ensuring that the restaurant not only meets but exceeds performance expectations. This includes responsibilities ranging from managing local restaurant marketing efforts to analyzing Profit and Loss statements to maintain financial health. The role involves leading the restaurant management team by driving performance, promoting employee engagement, and administering training programs to enhance team capabilities. Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Capability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Passion for championing change and team development

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of guest experience
