Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Capability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Passion for championing change and team development

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of guest experience
  • Manage local restaurant marketing and community fundraising activities
  • Lead and develop the restaurant management team through training and engagement initiatives
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements to maintain financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • Drive employee performance and champion positive change within the team
  • Foster community involvement and charitable activities
