Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead a team effectively
- experience managing a high volume location
- familiarity with customer service standards
- ability to develop and coach managers
- excellent problem-solving skills
- commitment to meeting operational goals
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience
- experience in high volume restaurant locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail
- leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
- monitor departmental progress
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
