Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous General Manager experience running high volume locations preferred
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail desired
- ability to lead and manage a team
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume location
- knowledge of quick-service restaurant operations
- experience in hospitality or retail management is a plus
- leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve business goals
- strong communication and coaching abilities
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant operation
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership and create actionable plans
- lead and support Department Managers in setting and achieving their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee overall restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
