Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach Department Managers
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor department progress and provide guidance
- Improve restaurant operations through team leadership
