This job is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald's USA and solely responsible for employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no involvement or control over employment decisions or procedures at this location.
The role available is the General Manager position at this independently owned McDonald's franchise. This leadership position is critical for running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. The General Manager is responsible for setting restaurant goals in collaboration with their leader and creating a strategic plan to meet those objectives. They lead a team of Department Managers, coaching and directing them to meet departmental goals that contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. The role requires a hands-on leader who fosters growth and development among Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline within the restaurant.
Ideal candidates will possess previous experience as a General Manager, especially managing high volume locations. Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors is highly desirable. The candidate must be at least 18 years of age to fulfill managerial responsibilities.
