This job is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald's USA and solely responsible for employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no involvement or control over employment decisions or procedures at this location.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience as a general manager or equivalent leadership role
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set goals and lead a team to achieve them
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum age of 18 to be employed as a manager

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals and improve performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
  • Manage restaurant staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and optimize operational efficiency to drive business success
