This job is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald's USA and solely responsible for employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience as a general manager or equivalent leadership role
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set goals and lead a team to achieve them
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age of 18 to be employed as a manager
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals and improve performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
- Manage restaurant staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency to drive business success
