Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to team and management
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- control food costs and ensure food safety
- hire, train, and schedule crew members
- recognize and motivate staff throughout their employment
