Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous experience as a general manager at high volume locations preferred
- ability to lead and manage staff effectively
- strong organizational and planning skills
- capability to work flexible hours
- willingness to pursue ongoing education and training

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail considered
- strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities
- help Department Managers set their goals and monitor progress
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
