Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by leading recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans
