Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a general manager in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and operational procedures preferred
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
