This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. The franchisee owns and operates this restaurant under a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, but operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. This distinction means that while the restaurant carries the McDonald's name, employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee, and not by McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous management experience in a high-volume location
- Experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting goals
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline within the restaurant
- Maintain high standards in all restaurant operations to drive business success
