Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a completely separate entity from McDonald's USA. Consequently, the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and employee supervision in the restaurant. Candidates interested in applying for this position should understand that McDonald's USA has no role or influence over employment decisions or processes concerning this restaurant. The franchisee independently manages the daily operational, staffing, and administrative aspects of the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience leading motivating or developing others for at least 1 year or US military service
  • Strong commitment to workplace excellence and safety
  • Focus on providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Effective communication and anticipation of customer needs
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in a fast paced environment
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading motivating and developing others for 1 plus years or US military service
  • Strong customer service and support focus

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience direct crew and manager work
  • Proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing performance management
  • Train coach and motivate team members
  • Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering and costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
  • Maintain high level of standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
