Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- passion for training and developing team members
- ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
