Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

  • analyze financial data to drive operational improvements
