Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet McDonald s high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with Department Managers to set goals and monitor progress
- Provide coaching and leadership development to Department Managers
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
- Ensure compliance with franchise standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and problem resolution
