Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous managerial experience required
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet McDonald s high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to set goals and monitor progress
  • Provide coaching and leadership development to Department Managers
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • Ensure compliance with franchise standards and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and problem resolution
