- previous general manager experience
- experience in quick service restaurant or similar hospitality or retail environment
- ability to lead a team
- strong communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- create and implement plans to achieve goals
- lead and coach Department Managers
- support Department Managers in setting and following up on their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
