Job Description

This job posting is for a General Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee is licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products, the employment and management responsibilities lie solely with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee handles hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and all other employment matters. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions or receive application materials for this position.

This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage daily operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction. General Managers must be at least 18 years old to qualify and must demonstrate a commitment to team building and community engagement.
