This job opening is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. As such, the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Prior experience managing a quick service restaurant or similar high-volume operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Flexible availability to meet restaurant scheduling needs
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurant settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to set and achieve business goals
- Experience hiring and developing staff
- Knowledge of hospitality or retail industries is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Drive improvement initiatives across departments to enhance overall performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
