Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous management experience in high volume quick service restaurant or similar setting preferred
- ability to manage and lead a team
- strong organizational and communication skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
- ability to meet McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience managing high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurant preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication and team-building abilities
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
- follow up on the progress of Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve restaurant operations through effective team leadership
