Job Requirements

  • ability to work a 40 plus hour week
  • at least 18 years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record
  • must be able to lift 30 to 40 pounds regularly
  • ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts
  • capability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments ranging from 40 degrees f to minus 10 degrees f
  • ability to perform, teach, and train assistant manager, PIC, InShopper, and delivery driver roles
  • ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
  • willingness to coach and task-manage employees
  • ability to organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • jimmy john manager certification
  • servsafe manager certification
  • basic proficiency in microsoft word, excel, outlook, and adobe acrobat
  • proven leadership skills
  • experience in managing a fast-paced food service environment

Job Duties

  • oversee staffing and scheduling
  • manage food safety practices
  • handle inventory and stock ordering
  • control costs of goods sold (COGS)
  • manage cash handling procedures
  • ensure brand compliance
  • maintain store operations efficiency
