Job Requirements
- ability to work a 40 plus hour week
- at least 18 years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record
- must be able to lift 30 to 40 pounds regularly
- ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts
- capability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments ranging from 40 degrees f to minus 10 degrees f
- ability to perform, teach, and train assistant manager, PIC, InShopper, and delivery driver roles
- ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
- willingness to coach and task-manage employees
- ability to organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- jimmy john manager certification
- servsafe manager certification
- basic proficiency in microsoft word, excel, outlook, and adobe acrobat
- proven leadership skills
- experience in managing a fast-paced food service environment

- oversee staffing and scheduling
- manage food safety practices
- handle inventory and stock ordering
- control costs of goods sold (COGS)
- manage cash handling procedures
