Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
  • Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all People processes including but not limited to Recruiting Hiring and Onboarding Staffing Performance Management Train coach and motivate
  • Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
  • Inspire and empower by maintaining high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
