Job Description

The restaurant hiring for this position is an independently owned and operated franchisee of McDonald's, which means it operates under a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products. This franchisee is a separate business entity and employer from McDonald's USA, responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, staffing, and employee scheduling. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience managing high volume restaurant locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail industries considered an asset
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and providing direction
  • Follow up on Department Managers’ progress and improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
