This franchisee is a separate business entity and employer from McDonald's USA, responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, staffing, and employee scheduling. The role available is for a General Manager who will be entrusted with running a profitable restaurant operation. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience managing high volume restaurant locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail industries considered an asset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- At least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
