Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous general manager experience managing high volume restaurant locations
Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
Background in hospitality or retail industries considered an asset
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
At least 18 years old

Job Duties

Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and providing direction
Follow up on Department Managers’ progress and improve department performance
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
