Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Willingness to hire and develop staff
Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry standards
Commitment to delivering quality customer service

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or related industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
Ability to set goals and develop plans to improve restaurant performance
Comfortable managing multiple departments and coaching managers
At least 18 years old to qualify for management position
Ability to work flexible hours and manage staffing effectively

Job Duties

Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
Lead and support Department Managers by setting departmental goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
Manage day-to-day operations to maintain efficient staffing, scheduling, and customer satisfaction
Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
