Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Willingness to hire and develop staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry standards
  • Commitment to delivering quality customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or related industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Ability to set goals and develop plans to improve restaurant performance
  • Comfortable managing multiple departments and coaching managers
  • At least 18 years old to qualify for management position
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage staffing effectively

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers by setting departmental goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage day-to-day operations to maintain efficient staffing, scheduling, and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
