Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Willingness to hire and develop staff
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry standards
- Commitment to delivering quality customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to set goals and develop plans to improve restaurant performance
- Comfortable managing multiple departments and coaching managers
- At least 18 years old to qualify for management position
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage staffing effectively
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting departmental goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage day-to-day operations to maintain efficient staffing, scheduling, and customer satisfaction
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
