Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of customer service standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to train and mentor employees
  • age 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and implement plans
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • understanding of restaurant operations and industry standards
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to meet them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to achieve departmental and restaurant objectives
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
