Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of customer service standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to train and mentor employees
- age 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set goals and implement plans
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- understanding of restaurant operations and industry standards
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to meet them
- lead and coach Department Managers to achieve departmental and restaurant objectives
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure a positive and productive work environment
- monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
