Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- meet McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of department managers
- assist department managers in setting and meeting objectives
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop department and shift managers
