Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products. Unlike corporate McDonald’s positions, this restaurant is managed as a separate company under a franchise license, making the franchisee the sole employer responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and daily supervision. McDonald’s USA itself does not have any involvement or control over employment practices at this restaurant, nor will it receive your employment application or be a party to employment decisions. This arrangement provides a unique opportunity for candidates to work within the McDonald’s brand experience while being employed directly by a local independent business owner who is dedicated to upholding McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, yet operates with its own management style and company culture.

The role on offer is a General Manager position at this McDonald’s franchise. The General Manager is a leadership role critical to the restaurant’s operational success and profitability. This position requires managing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including leading a team of department managers through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management to ensure that the entire team delivers an exceptional customer experience.
