This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products. Unlike corporate McDonald’s positions, this restaurant is managed as a separate company under a franchise license, making the franchisee the sole employer responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and daily supervision. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proven experience managing a high volume restaurant
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet McDonald’s customer standards
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach department managers to meet their goals
- Follow up on department progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- Hire and develop department and shift managers
