Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- standing for long periods without breaks
- ability to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel to multiple stores
- physical inspections of restaurant areas
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to move and inspect all supplies
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- experience in P&L analysis
- supervisory skills
- planning and budgeting abilities
- interviewing, training, and development practices
- valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Meet budgeted sales targets
- set and meet controllable cost targets
- develop and execute local store marketing plans
- hire, train, and terminate subordinate managers
- ensure adequate bench strength and crew depth for shifts
- train personnel in quality procedures
- resolve customer complaints within 24 hours
- measure service times to improve efficiency
- maintain store cleanliness and execute cleaning plans
- orient new managers and crew
- write and manage development plans for managers
- control labor and food costs
- analyze weekly P&L reports
- conduct weekly manager meetings
- enforce company policies and procedures
- manage employee files and time cards
- conduct maintenance and preventative equipment cleaning
- manage performance reviews and corrective actions
- maintain safe working conditions
- comply with EEO and labor laws
