Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience managing high volume restaurants
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant industry standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume restaurants
  • Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
  • Set operational goals and create plans to meet targets
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage financial operations including forecasting and inventory control
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
