Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience managing high volume restaurants
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Basic knowledge of restaurant industry standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume restaurants
- Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals
- Set operational goals and create plans to meet targets
- Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Manage financial operations including forecasting and inventory control
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
