In addition to a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth within Wendy’s restaurants and possibly beyond, the role includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision plans, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance options, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

The General Manager must design and implement a service experience that delights customers and encourages repeat visits, build a 'Customer First' culture within the team, and balance operational goals with an exceptional employee and guest experience. The role requires problem-solving and decision-making skills, leadership abilities to teach and grow the team, adherence to food safety protocols, and commitment to maintaining operational excellence. Physical demands include standing and moving most of the shift and using restaurant equipment effectively. The General Manager must also be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification and have reliable transportation to the work location and occasionally other sites for training or meetings.
