The company has a strong presence in numerous communities across the United States, including its franchise-operated locations, and it maintains a focus on growth, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. The position promises competitive pay complemented by monthly bonuses as well as a variety of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans, along with retirement options like a 401(k) with employer match. Employees also enjoy perks including meal discounts and employee discount programs, enhancing the workplace experience. This is a full-time role that requires the General Manager to lead by example, maintaining a customer-first attitude and ensuring all operational metrics and financial goals are met. The candidate must be prepared to stand and move for most of their shift and operate restaurant equipment efficiently, including registers and grills, while meeting Wendy's rigorous brand standards for food quality and safety. The General Manager is also expected to obtain and maintain SERV Safe certification to uphold food safety standards. This position not only focuses on the operational success of the restaurant but also emphasizes coaching and developing staff, promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.
