SLI Enterprises is a leading independent franchisee operating numerous McDonald's restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, including locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • previous general manager experience in high volume quick service or related industry
  • ability to work effectively with a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to manage hiring, staffing, and scheduling tasks
  • strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • at least 18 years of age
  • proven track record of maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
