Job Requirements
- Minimum three to four years of leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations in busy environments
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Capability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including grills and registers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
- Experience in foodservice preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college or military background is a plus
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Manage all people and operations for the restaurant
- Ensure fresh food preparation and quality standards are consistently met
- Lead and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members to improve performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and treat customers like family
- Increase store sales and achieve profit goals
- Provide direction and feedback effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
