This particular opportunity is for the role of General Manager at a Wendy's franchise location in Gilbert, AZ, situated at 4684 E. Ray Rd. As a General Manager, you will be the first in command at the restaurant and will directly contribute to the daily operations and overall success of the store. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
  • Must have a great personality and desire to serve guests
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break

Job Qualifications
