- Proven General Manager or senior hotel executive experience
- Passion for mentoring and teaching
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with community and business leaders

Job Duties
- Lead full operational oversight of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel
- Drive revenue growth and strategic asset management
- Ensure brand standards execution and guest experience excellence
- Develop and mentor department leaders
- Create and implement sales and market positioning strategies
- Engage with the local community and business partners
- Serve as an Adjunct Professor and mentor hospitality students in a university practicum program
