Job Description

This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, which is a separate corporate entity, this franchisee operates independently and manages its own employment policies and practices. As such, the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, discipline, and other personnel matters, without any involvement or control from McDonald's USA.   • Have previous managerial experience
  • Possess leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrate ability to set and achieve goals
  • Have strong communication and coaching skills

  • Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and drive results
  • Effective coaching and communication abilities
  • Capable of working collaboratively with other leaders
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
  • Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • Monitor department progress and provide direction to improve performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Support a positive team environment and staff development
