This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, which is a separate corporate entity, this franchisee operates independently and manages its own employment policies and practices. As such, the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, discipline, and other personnel matters, without any involvement or control from McDonald's USA. Applicants applying for this position will be employed by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. This arrangement means that application information is disclosed only to the franchisee and McDonald's USA does not participate in any hiring decisions or employment processes for this role.
