Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform mobility tasks including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Must be able to stand for long periods without a break

Job Duties
- Interview, hire, train and orientate a team
- Oversee and enforce proper standards and procedures
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Inventory counting and recording
- Cash management
- Create schedules for their stores
- Perform opening, closing, and additional administrative duties
- Ensure proper food handling and preparation
