Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and area offices

Job Duties
- Manage and ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in the operation of the restaurant
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to management and crew teams
- Monitor food safety and quality standards
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
- Foster a positive work environment to motivate team members
- Travel to other restaurants and area offices as required
