Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and area offices
  • Must work well with others and contribute to a successful team
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Must perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively
  • Experience with budgeting and inventory management
  • Ability to stand for long periods and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage and ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in the operation of the restaurant
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to management and crew teams
  • Monitor food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Foster a positive work environment to motivate team members
  • Travel to other restaurants and area offices as required
