Job Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems
- Competence in handling cash and paperwork

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Manages a staff of approximately 3 to 20 employees
- Manages hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and termination of employees
- Provides on-the-job training for new employees
- Works with employees to be more efficient to meet budget expectations
- Looks for areas to decrease cost and discusses with Area Manager
- Holds yourself and employees accountable for responsibilities
- Delegates and oversees ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss
- Assists in the supervision of food preparation, sales, and service
- Forecasts food items consumption per shift
- Supervises food preparation and service during duty
- Assists shoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling and checking orders
- Ensures every customer receives world-class customer service
- Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery speed
- Completes daily food preparation tasks
- Executes systems and procedures with complete integrity
- Completes daily and weekly paperwork
- Manages cash drawers during shifts
- Controls inventory using weekly inventory systems
- Receives and stores product
- Creates new ideas to increase sales with Area Manager
- Conducts weekly manager’s meetings
- Audits systems, procedures, and paperwork
- Completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment
- Performs other related duties as required
