Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
  • frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting and reaching
  • capable of walking stairs and using step ladder
  • occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • use lifting equipment or assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to move quickly around kitchen
  • comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong customer service abilities
  • experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • ability to solve operational and customer-related problems
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and organize effectively
  • attention to detail especially in food quality and safety
