Job Requirements
- Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible work availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle weather-related outdoor work
- Ability to wear headset and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications

- Experience in foodservice environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- Train and mentor Shift Managers and Crew Members
- Manage schedules and labor costs
- Increase store sales and meet profit goals
- Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues
