Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar leadership position
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with federal, state and local laws
- Willingness to promote a people first culture
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- Strong coaching and training ability
- Skilled in people development and team building
- Ability to lead a team of 20-50 employees
- Understanding of sales and profit optimization
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
- Promote a people first culture and opportunity for advancement
