Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Demonstrated people-first leadership style
- Ability to exceed sales goals
- Hands-on coaching ability
- Capacity to lead a team of 20-50 employees
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws related to restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Coach and train staff effectively
- Maintain compliance with Federal, State and local laws
