The GM leads a multi-talented team and is the key figure responsible for managing all front and back-of-house operations. Job Requirements
- Minimum three to four years of experience leading people, especially in foodservice
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Flexible work availability
- Physical ability to stand long periods, bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel to other restaurant locations and area offices
- Capability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment, including grills, registers, and computers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three to four years of leadership experience, preferably in foodservice
- High school diploma or GED, some college or military background preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated capability to increase sales and meet financial targets

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all people and operations within the Wendy's restaurant
