Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper lifting equipment or seeking assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage areas
  • Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
  • Use of proper personal protective equipment and safety training
  • Adaptability to indoor and outdoor tasks including curbside delivery and exterior maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership ability and team development skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial target achievement
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and staff
  • Attention to detail especially in food quality and safety

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain high food quality and safety standards
  • Control costs and manage the restaurant budget
  • Achieve sales and financial performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
