Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper lifting equipment or seeking assistance for heavier loads
Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
Ability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage areas
Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Use of proper personal protective equipment and safety training
Adaptability to indoor and outdoor tasks including curbside delivery and exterior maintenance

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Proven leadership ability and team development skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial target achievement
Effective problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and staff
Attention to detail especially in food quality and safety
