Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior restaurant management experience
  • Safe Service Certification preferred
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts
  • Availability for day, morning, and preferably night shifts

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold people accountable
  • Strong operational instincts and financial awareness
  • Ability to make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who leads from the front
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable setting expectations

Job Duties

  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on speed, quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members to hit performance standards
  • Hold the team accountable to policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently
  • Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering to hit profitability goals
  • Create schedules, oversee payroll, and conduct performance reviews
  • Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Build a culture of ownership, integrity, and respect with no excuses or shortcuts
