Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience managing high volume quick service restaurant or related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute operational plans
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coaching capabilities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail management valued
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Ability to manage financial performance and operations
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve overall restaurant performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor department progress and provide ongoing support
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety guidelines
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
