Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or fast food management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to comply with company policies and government regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to upholding company values of commitment, fairness, honesty, loyalty, and respect
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must be able to provide reasonable accommodation under the ADA if required

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, assistant general managers
- Inspire team members to exceed expectations
- Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
- Maintain the Wendy's spirit alive in the restaurant
- Develop team members' skills and advance their careers
- Create a team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees
- Manage restaurant operations and staff to execute company policies
- Ensure restaurant objectives are met
- Compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
