It requires a motivated leader who provides vision and direction to all crew members, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers. The General Manager's primary responsibility is to exceed customer expectations every visit while ensuring that the restaurant consistently achieves or surpasses its business objectives. This role focuses on growth not just in financial terms but also by developing people and inspiring employees to go above and beyond their usual performance. The General Manager ensures that every product served meets Wendy's renowned quality standards and fosters a workplace environment enriched with the spirit and values of Wendy's. \n\nGeneral Managers also play a key role in skill development by helping team members advance and creating a highly productive, customer-focused staff. They carry the responsibility of managing the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and ethical business practices. They lead training initiatives and actively develop their teams to maintain a "People Excellence" environment that supports both employee well-being and business success. With a focus on high standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence, the General Manager ensures the restaurant remains a preferred option for customers. The location for this position is in El Paso, Texas, where the chosen candidate will have an opportunity to join a respected fast food brand backed by strong organizational values and extensive industry experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or fast food management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to comply with company policies and government regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to upholding company values of commitment, fairness, honesty, loyalty, and respect
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must be able to provide reasonable accommodation under the ADA if required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Knowledge of fast food industry standards and operations
