Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
  • frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • ability to walk stairs and use ladders
  • occasional sitting, talking, and listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments
  • capability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage areas
  • awareness of hazards such as heat, noise, chemicals, hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
  • use of personal protective equipment and safety training

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong customer service abilities
  • experience in budget management and cost control
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and staff effectively
  • attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards
