Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- ability to walk stairs and use ladders
- occasional sitting, talking, and listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
- ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments
- capability to work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen and cold storage areas
- awareness of hazards such as heat, noise, chemicals, hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- proven leadership and team development skills
- strong customer service abilities
- experience in budget management and cost control
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and staff effectively
- attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards
