Job Requirements
- Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people
- high school diploma or GED
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- flexible work availability
- willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- ability to handle weather-related conditions
- must understand restaurant equipment from grill to registers and computers
