Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a management role preferably in the restaurant industry
- Proficiency with Wendy’s operating systems and procedures
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills for P&L analysis and corrective actions
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Proven supervisory and training experience
