This establishment embodies a deep commitment to quality, health-conscious cuisine, and a warm, coastal-inspired guest experience that is designed to delight diners and nurture a sense of community. Combining a fresh, innovative approach with carefully sourced seasonal ingredients, the restaurant aims to set a new benchmark in the region for elevated dining experiences. The concept features approximately 130 seats, including a lively bar program, designed to foster an engaging and seamless social atmosphere. The cuisine draws inspiration from the Florida coastline and Mediterranean coastal flavors, focusing on clean and natural flavors with thoughtful sourcing to ensure freshness and sustainability. The hospitality style is both polished and approachable, balancing structured service protocols with genuine warmth and personality to create memorable and meaningful guest interactions.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead this exciting new restaurant from ground zero through its highly anticipated opening and beyond. This role is a rare leadership position with the opportunity to play a defining role in shaping both the culture and operational backbone of the restaurant. The General Manager will collaborate closely with the founding team to bring the vision to life, focusing on building, mentoring, and inspiring a motivated team that shares our standards of excellence and commitment to hospitality. The position involves full operational ownership, from team development and service standards to financial performance and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management preferably with opening experience
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations financial management and labor cost controls
  • Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to creating a positive inclusive and guest-focused culture

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless execution across front-of-house functions
  • Monitor financial performance including labor cost controls and revenue growth
