Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management preferably with opening experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations financial management and labor cost controls
- Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Commitment to creating a positive inclusive and guest-focused culture

- Proven experience opening or operating high-quality high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep passion for hospitality with a focus on guest experience
- Hands-on and team-oriented leadership style

- Financially savvy with knowledge of restaurant operations and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Lead all pre-opening and opening operations including hiring training and onboarding the full team
- Collaborate with ownership to refine and execute the restaurant’s vision culture and standards
- Establish and uphold service protocols that feel both elevated and approachable
- Drive a culture of excellence through coaching feedback and hands-on leadership
- Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless execution across front-of-house functions
- Monitor financial performance including labor cost controls and revenue growth
- Cultivate a positive inclusive and high-performing team environment
- Act as the primary ambassador for the brand building relationships with guests and the local community
