Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management preferably with opening experience
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations financial management and labor cost controls
  • Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to creating a positive inclusive and guest-focused culture

  • Proven experience opening or operating high-quality high-volume restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep passion for hospitality with a focus on guest experience
  • Hands-on and team-oriented leadership style
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Financially savvy with knowledge of restaurant operations and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead all pre-opening and opening operations including hiring training and onboarding the full team
  • Collaborate with ownership to refine and execute the restaurant’s vision culture and standards
  • Establish and uphold service protocols that feel both elevated and approachable
  • Drive a culture of excellence through coaching feedback and hands-on leadership
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless execution across front-of-house functions
  • Monitor financial performance including labor cost controls and revenue growth
  • Cultivate a positive inclusive and high-performing team environment
  • Act as the primary ambassador for the brand building relationships with guests and the local community
