Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fast food or restaurant management
- hands-on leadership style
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with federal, state and local laws
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to train and develop staff

Job Duties
- maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- champion Wendy's operating systems
- lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- follow federal, state and local laws
- coach and train employees effectively
